Roles and Responsibility:
Job Description:
• Unlike a recruiter one has to identify and source potential franchise owner for the company who wants to start their own HR/ Recruitment business in partnership with CIEL ( A MaFoi brand company)
• As per the training to be provided by the company, one has to identify qualified profiles from a variety of sources (job portals, social media, referencing, networking, headhunting etc.) as a potential match for the requirement.
• Present the opportunity (over phone/ video calls) to the qualified candidates in a compelling and realistic manner
• Screen the candidates as per the franchise evaluation criteria of the company and validate their interest levels to arrive at a set of shortlisted candidates
• Present the shortlisted profiles by email and discuss the candidature with the franchise head in a detailed manner
• Schedule the shortlisted candidates for interviews with the franchise head / C.O.O. of the company and engage with the candidate during the onboarding process in a meaningful way.
• Manage candidates throughout interview process from preparing before interviews to assisting with the agreement process and joining formalities
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
• Keep learning about the developments across the industry sectors.
Knowledge, Skills and Personality Traits required:
• Good written and verbal communication skill is a must.
• Ability to search for information and research utilising (various social media platforms)
• New marketing ideas, initiative to boost sourcing of the desired candidates
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Self-confidence, Self-driven, Positive attitude and Ambitiousness
