Job Description
Handling counseling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social. In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by the University.Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.Working with telephony and CRM software.Assisting candidates to fill up the online admission form.Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
