What you'll do:
• Ensure best in class customer experience through compelling category assortment, strong site merchandising, world-class PDP's, inspiring content, and excellent knowledge of consumer journeys for your category.
• Ensure Toys Category growth through expanding
Assortment, price leadership, Key partnerships, on-time launches and Category Monetization
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard partners/sellers that add value to the overall category offering
• Manage key partnerships & ensure they grow month-on-month by addressing gaps in their listing, price disparities against offline/online competition & healthy inventory cover
• Inventory planning & management to ensure availability of top products & brands at all times
• Build alternative revenue streams through multiple avenues from sellers & brands -onsite brand marketing, brand ads, innovative digital campaigns, co-marketing campaigns etc.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with internal and external business partners to drive best shopping experience
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
