The candidate for this position will excel at communicating with qualified leads on call and in person by using a consultative approach to selling, leading to sales opportunities with both old and new customers.
Job description :
· Professional fluency in English and Hindi.
· Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skills.
· Experience in dealing with decision makers of Education sector.
· Should be very confident and effective while dealing with the customers.
· Previous experience in Ed-Tech Sector (Not mandatory but preferred).
Responsibilities :
· Visiting and following up the leads to convert them into customers.
· Exceed sales interaction with prospective clients.
· Successfully create a business from qualified leads.
· Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, Whatsapp, SMS, calls etc.
· Drafting email’s and messages.
· Well versed in objection handling and managing different situations.
· Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
· Regular follow up with new and existing customers.
· Daily reports creation in the CRM.
Qualifications :
· Confident undergraduates/graduates from any stream.
· Fresher’s / Experienced both are welcomed.
· Knowledge of basics - MS Office (Word / Excel / Mail drafting).
· Demonstrable track record of dealing with clients will be preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
