Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. You can either be a fresh graduate or an experienced B2B or B2C sales rep.
who can easily talk with people and convince clients to work with our organisation for IT Hardware Solutions and Identify these clients with high demand of IT Hardware, Gaming Accessories, & High Performance Computing needs (like Servers, etc)
BROAD DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving integrated marketing campaigns with an aim of acquiring and retaining customers
Campaign Management – Execution, Analysis & Reporting.
Delivering regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
Identifying patterns and trends in campaign data sets.
Should be open to transit from place to place
Converting users to customers users using emails, SMS and direct sales.
Present product solutions virtually & physically.
Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
Respond quickly to assigned leads.
Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing)
- Experience with Field Sales and Channel Sales would be preferred.
- Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.
- Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced start-up.
- Ed-tech experience is an added advantage.
- Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mindset.
- Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality.
REMUNERATION
The salary components include a base remuneration & a variable pay component based on the number successful deals/leads or conversions.

Hyderabad & Bangalore

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
