Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, networking events, and referrals.
Client Acquisition: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements, present suitable solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies for business growth.
Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements, highlighting the unique value propositions of our website and app development services.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools, providing regular reports and forecasts to the management team.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically in the website and app development industry.
Strong understanding of web and app development technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
