Key responsibilities:
1. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
2. Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
3. Updating CRM system with all customer communications
4. Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
5. Working on strategies and maintaining the sales pipelines
6. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
7. Being a team-player in achieving the organisation's goal
