About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain a relationship with existing property owners (residential) & tenants
2. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
3. Handle client relationships & closing the business deal
4. Work in target driven environment
5. Handle renting out properties across Bangalore
6. Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
7. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
