Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
Company Description:
LMES Academy is an EduTech startup based in Chennai with a vision to simplify science and promote conceptual learning among students. Our aim is to create a natural passion for science and encourage students to pursue science and technology as a profession through innovation. Currently, we organize science workshops for school students under the name "Big Bang" and have plans to expand our company this year.
Role: Business Development Executive
Experience : Minimum 6 months
Location: Urapakkam
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Requirements & Skills:
• Must have experience in cold calling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the education or EdTech industry is an added advantage
