Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, preferably within the interior design or related industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Knowledge of Modular Solutions is must ( KITCHEN, WARDROBES & STORAGES ).
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
• Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
• MS office
• Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Responsibilities
• Research, target and open new client opportunities
• Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
• Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
• Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Update CRM system with all customer communications
• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
• Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant
• properties.
• Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
• Achieving target of 10 to 12 prospective site visits every week
Qualifications
• Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasion.
• Experience with CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1+ years' previous sales experience
• Generate leads through various channels, such as Independent home scouting and other cites.
• Build and manage key accounts and generate business.
• Responsible for driving sales from the Architect & Interior Designer
• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in account management
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the home interiors or renovation industry is a plus
