Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Prior sales experience in USA or EMEA market is must.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
· Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
· Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
· Reporting: Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales, in the IT industry for overseas market.
· We prefer prior experience of selling IT solutions integrated with hardware systems
· Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
· Should be able and willing to work during overlapping time zones with USA
