Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. (US & Europe Accent)
Candidate should have 1 Year to 2 years of experience in Customer Support / International Voice Process.
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based/email based customer interaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
Generate leads of potential clients across B2B Industries
Execute business development strategies in targeting new clients
Execute cold calls and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects
Plan, formulate and implement strategies, for reaching out to unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion
Introduce company services to new prospects/clients through networking, calls, referrals, presentations sales campaigns
Follow-up with clients to develop long-term relationships
Work in a highly competitive environment to develop new customer base through innovative methods and interventions
Work cross functionality with marketing, sales, product teams to drive incremental revenue
Maintain up to date knowledge about prospects, competitive positioning in the marketplace
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
