Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential clients through research and outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and current clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful sales processes
• Upwork Bidding
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
• Should understand and have worked in IT industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in business development or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Upwork Bidding Experience
