Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous engagement.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, maximizing value for both parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills: proficiency in managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
English communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective client interaction.

Market Research skills: ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Strategic Planning skills: competence in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
