Infusion notes is an edtech startup company that aims to help those students who achieve their Dream Job through self study. Infusion Notes is a leading platform for competitive exam preparation & is widely known for handwritten notes of Expert for exam like UPSC, RAS, BPSC, SSC, BANK, RAILWAY, state-level exams.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Counsel potential Students over a call to inform them about a product & help them in making better career decisions.
• Answer question about our products or the company.
• sales as per requirement from the students.
• Take & process orders in an accurate manner.
• keep records of calls & sales & notes useful information
• Manage sales pipeline
Skills & Requirements
• 6 months - 1 years of work experience in sales/business development/voice process.
• excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate, close a Deal.
• Solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
• Customer-centric Approach.
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn & excel
