Salary Structure : ( For Freshers ) 0-6 Months - No Fix Pay + 5.5% Commission Of The Projects 7-12 Months - 5k Per Month + 5.5% Commission Of The Projects Second Year - 10k Per Month + 7.5% Commisssion Of The Projects Third Year - 25k Per Month + 7.5% Commission Of The Projects Forth Year - 65k Per Month + 7.5% Commission Of The Projects Fifth Year - 85k Per Month + 7.5% Commission Of The Projects
