Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts. This role will involve identifying and targeting new prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The BDM will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other methods
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Negotiate and close deals with new clients
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies for driving business growth
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in Digital Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Preferably looking for a Male candidate
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience using CRM software
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
