We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and build a network of contacts.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products/services.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record in business development and sales, with a minimum of X years of relevant experience (specific industry experience may be required).
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
