Job Description
Identification of prospective lead and creating group in newly assigned area.
Conducting group meeting every day and generating awareness among the customers for Group Loan.
Responsible for the admission of new customers to the existing group.
Responsible to meet the business targets pertaining to group loans assigned to the Banking Unit.
Responsible to ensure 100% instalment collection efficiency is in good standards.
Assist the customer to fill the Loan application form, who are interested to avail Group Loan.
Visits the customer business place, verifies the house address and conduct House hold income assessment.
Updating and maintaining the Group Loan Registers on daily basis.
Tracks the portfolio quality of Group loan and takes necessary actions to maintain a healthy portfolio.
Responsible for field verification and KYC documentation of customer before disbursement of Loan.
Conduct end use verification and maintain a healthy relationship with customerspost-disbursement
