Job Description
Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct market mapping of the assigned location to identify potential business avenues , distributors Conduct career seminars on regular basis at assigned location to increase distribution base & sourcing new business.
Drive the business targets for the location as per functional priority ( Motor / Non-Motor mix ) ensuring healthy LOB mix maintained all the time.
Own P&L for the assigned location & ensure profitability is maintained as defined by function head time to time. Ensure new agent acquisition MoM & maintain agent activation is above minimum productivity norms at all the times.
Ensure channel partners ( Banca , Motor Dealers , Brokers ) are visited on periodical basis to drive business parameters & address timely resolution to partners business concern
