• Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads of freelance journalists and decision-makers from media outlets through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential leads.
Utilize personalized communication to build relationships and convey the value proposition of 5WH.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement lead-generation campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Stay informed about best practices in lead generation and continuously refine techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role. Experience in the media or journalism industry is a plus.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with CRM software, lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with the journalism landscape and an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by freelance journalists and media outlets.
