Job Description
Make Inbound and outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote university programs and educational courses. • Provide detailed information about available courses, admission criteria, fees, and other program-related details. • Counsel students regarding career goals and recommend suitable programs offered by partnered universities. • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems. • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and admissions. • Stay updated on university offerings, new programs, and industry trends in education.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales and negotiation abilities. • Prior experience in education consulting, telesales, or business development is a added advantage. • Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally. • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
