Job Title: Business Development Executive - Back Office Support (Yarns and Fabrics)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive, specializing in back office support for the marketing of yarns and fabrics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. This position requires excellent written and spoken English proficiency, and is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis.

2. Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote yarns and fabrics.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, identify prospects, and convert them into customers.

4. Provide back office support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

5. Maintain a database of customer information, contacts, and sales activities.

6. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding products, pricing, and delivery schedules.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, logistics, and timely delivery of products.

8. Assist in preparing regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

+. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. Excellent written and spoken English proficiency is essential.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

4. Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify potential business opportunities.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

8. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

+. Prior experience in the yarns and fabrics industry is a plus, but not required.
