We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and help drive our company's growth to new heights.
As a Sr. BDE, you will identify new business opportunities, build, and maintain client relationships, and close deals with potential clients. If you have a proven track record of business development and are passionate about web design and digital marketing, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Identify market niches & Generate leads through networking, cold calling, cold email, cold messages, and other marketing channels
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Present and pitch our web design and digital marketing services to potential clients
• Understand clients requirements and tailor our offerings to suit their requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Work closely with our project coordination teams to ensure clients needs are met
• Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the web design and digital marketing industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for web design and digital marketing
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices
• Familiarity with sales tools
• Willingness to travel as needed
