Join a leading online education startup, currently urgently hiring a Business Development Executive
in Kolkata West Bengal to develop new leads, communicate with customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process.
Post: Business Development Executive
Salary: 1.5LPA-2.5 LPA
Location: Kolkata.
Experience: 0-1 years
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Solving queries to the students by helping them and explaining to them the relevant courses as per the requirements
• Follow up with the students to ensure a smooth process.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Outstanding problem-solving skills
• Should be ok to do calls on a daily basis.
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
Qualifications
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CRM experience is preferred
