Responsibilities:
Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls Answer Calls Professionally And Provide Information About Products And Services.
Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Inquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions, Taken Follow Up.
To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests.
Requirements:
Strong Communications Skills (Hindi) Ability To Listen And Problem-Solving skills. Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Basic Computer Skills.
Handling domestic customers over the call or chat
Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Prior experience in business development/sales is an added advantage preferably in the B2B Ed-Tech segment. Strong communication skills must have fluency in Hindi. Professional Attributes: Accountable for responsibilities and one own's work. Multi-tasking ability. Interpersonal skills & ability
No field work involved, on-call domestic process. Only female candidates are required.
