We are a content creation company specializing in developing high-quality educational, corporate, and digital learning content. Our team collaborates with clients across industries to design impactful eLearning storyboards, instructor-led training content, and other creative educational solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Business Development professionals (Head/Executive) to help expand our client base and strengthen our business relationships in the content development and eLearning industry.
The ideal candidates are self-motivated, persuasive, and have a proven track record in client acquisition or B2B sales within the learning, education, or training domain.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients across eLearning, education, corporate training, publishing, and EdTech sectors.
Generate leads via LinkedIn, freelance platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and scoping.
Present company portfolios and project samples to potential clients.
Follow up on proposals, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Track and report weekly BD activities and performance to management.
(For BD Head): Set up and manage a BD team, develop business strategies, and monitor performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
BD Head: 3–4 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
BD Executive: 2–3 years in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
(Preferably in content development / eLearning / training industry)
Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of proposal writing, quotation drafting, and project scoping.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).
Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet targets.
Candidates from metros/cosmopolitan cities preferred.

Remuneration & Incentives
BD Head: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month (for 3–4 working hours per day)
BD Executive: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month (for 3–4 working hours per day)
