Business Development Executive – Life Sciences & Engineering Staffing
Location: Hyderabd (EST or PST working hours)

With a strong team of recruiters and a deep talent pipeline, we’re expanding aggressively and looking for sales hunters who can take us to the next level.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven sales professional with experience in staffing business development to identify, engage, and convert new clients in the engineering and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will be someone who can build relationships with hiring managers, generate new job requisitions, and collaborate with recruiting teams to fulfill hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and generate new client accounts in Engineering, MedTech, Biotech, and Pharma industries.
• Reach out to Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Procurement teams via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct capability presentations and intro calls to showcase our staffing services.
• Generate contract and full-time staffing requirements from new accounts.
• Understand client hiring challenges and offer customized staffing solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly update CRM with all interactions.
• Work closely with the recruiting team to align delivery with client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of experience in staffing or recruiting sales, preferably in engineering or life sciences domains.
• Proven success in new client acquisition and requirement generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with US staffing models (W2, C2C, 10++) and industry trends.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
• Self-starter with a hunter mindset and ability to work independently.
