Lateral EmSoft Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for identification and generation of Sales Opportunities in assigned market
• Drive sales of products and services to different kinds of customers
• Establishes the plans & strategies to expand customer base in the assigned territorial locations.
• Ensure achievement of Periodic sales Targets; Develop business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales goals namely Product wise Order Booking & profitability in line with Annual Business Plan.
• Develop New Markets and clients besides retaining existing client base.
• To maintain up-to-date MIS; ensure regular status reporting & market scenario analysis thereof.
• To manage all aspects of the business related to sales including sales reports, forecasting
Qualifications
• Post Graduate Diploma / MBA or equivalent in Sales Marketing.
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management, good communication skills,.
• Proven experience in selling electronic products and services, exposure to IoT solutions selling, ability to achieve sales targets
Job type: Full-time
Salary range: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00/month

• Management: 2 years
• Sales: 4 years
