Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Generate leads for software development, mobile app solutions, marine applications like Naviox, ERP systems, and cloud services.
2. Client Meetings & Relationship Management
Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution development.
3. Sales & Conversion
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Follow up consistently to achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle negotiations and close deals with professionalism.
4. Coordination & Documentation
Work closely with development, support, and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and progress in CRM/Excel.
Prepare weekly sales and activity reports for management.
5. Marketing & Brand Promotion
Assist in running marketing campaigns on digital platforms.
Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client locations.
Promote company products and services including Naviox, custom software, digital marketing, and cloud solutions.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand software/technical solutions (training will be provided).
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
