Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
Identify and develop new corporate clients through cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and networking events.
Prospect and generate leads within assigned territories, industries, or market segments.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term corporate clients.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
2. Corporate Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client business needs and propose customized corporate solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Address client concerns, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and contracts tailored to corporate requirements.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements to successfully close deals.
4. Sales Targets & Performance
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate accounts and expanding existing relationships.
Track sales performance and maintain accurate records using CRM and reporting tools.
5. Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain strong knowledge of company products/services and clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product and strategy development.

Key Skills & Requirements
Sales Experience: 0–8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales; experience in services, insurance, or solutions-based selling is an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and manage long-term corporate client relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Target-Driven: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of meeting aggressive sales targets.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple corporate accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
