We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our digital agency. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition and customer needs.
• First hand experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response, marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, agency businesses)
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, email, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and regularly update sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and opportunities in the market.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
