You will work directly with the founder and play a vital role in shaping the culture of the company, with the opportunity to work at the early stages and provide valuable input. You will help in the implementation and execution of Business Development strategies as well as other everyday tasks. This is a multi-faceted role for a proactive individual with a strong interest in working in a startup environment across various departments.

This role requires in-person attendance.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting in admin work for our overseas consultancy clients (excel management, email tracking etc.)
• Implementing business development strategies, representing the company at exhibitions, events etc.
• Cold calls and outreach to secure international as well as domestic clients.
• Idea generation to support social and digital marketing strategies
• Being involved in key strategic decisions
• What is Required (feel free to apply even if you don't possess all of these)
• Great communication skills and good command of the English language.
• Experienced in using Excel, Word, Canva, LinkedIn
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work across various departments and adapt quickly.
• Experience in cold calls, outreach, etc.
• You are a problem solver, who can roll up your sleeves and hustle, not just a thinker.
• Be proactive and assist in idea generation and implementation.
• Any SEO knowledge would be a bonus
