We, at Holistique Beauty Products Pvt. Ltd., are looking out for candidates who aspire to start their career with us. Our business is set up into various industries like: Ecommerce, Retail, B2B, B2C, for our International Skin care and FMCG brands below mentioned:

An Inside Business Development, responsible for selling products or services to customers over the phone or through other online communication channels. Their primary duties include identifying potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:
• Generating business leads
• Researching and identifying potential customers, through the company's existing database (across all the tier cities- 1,2,3)also to identify cold leads.
• Contacting potential general & modern trade customers via phone, email, or other online communication an create a potential lead & closer.
• Providing information to customers about international skin care product features, prices, and benefits, and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
• Closing sales deals and processing orders, following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and supply chain to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and providing feedback to management on product or service improvements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales reports.
• Go for field visits at the stores as an when required for closers, payments etc.
