About BD Role:

The Business Development Executive will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners.

HUDLE partners are sports venues, educational institutes with sports facilities and private sports facilities. This role is based in Mumbai.

The BDE will support research for partner referrals, network, and web leads to create a healthy pipeline. The BDE will also support prospective customers/clients with all services offered, business plans and projections as needed while working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the partnership process. The candidate must be industrious, the first principal thinker, integral in approach, and highly coachable. Leadership qualities and willingness to learn are highly desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partners
• Building business relationships with current and potential partners
• Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences
• Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective partner information.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Business plans and projections as needed while working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the partnership process

Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English , Hindi and Marathi)
• Graduation in any specialization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
• Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
