About the Job:
We are seeking a resilient and empathic Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, as well as encouraging existing clients to purchase additional products or features.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve the allotted business target.
• Identify potential customers and refer them to the team.
• Implement strategic marketing plans of the Company.
• Allocate yearly/half-yearly/quarterly and monthly targets to the regional teams and assist them in achieving them.
• Visit potential Corporates for business and conduct final-level negotiations with clients for closure.
• Periodically visit existing and prospective clients to maintain and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
• Coordinate with the purchase department to execute orders/stock movement and ensure stock/metal availability.
• Plan, develop, and launch new product lines and processes such as Gift Cards, E-Vouchers, API integrations, etc., to enhance overall business and profitability.
• Coordinate with the marketing team, various creative agencies, and in-house designers to create marketing materials like web banners, digital creatives, Gift vouchers, marketing brochures, etc., and for running various digital promotions.
• Coordinate with various banks for running cashback and other offers to generate more footfalls at the stores.
• Initiate, plan, design, execute, and launch projects such as Easy Gold Payment Module, Gift Card Module, E-GV Module, B2B Software, etc.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve them to their satisfaction.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in association with the marketing team/agencies.
• Acquire knowledge about new developments in the given verticals and implement such knowledge in product developments/process enhancements.
• Ensure proper execution of new business initiatives.
• Liaise with the accounts department for reconciliation works, vendor payments, etc.
• Prepare various business reports.
• Ensure submission of weekly call reports for each team member to the reporting authority.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in various committees regarding the overall policy of the group.
• Implement systems and procedures and maintain reports and records properly.
• Train and develop a highly motivated, result-oriented, and performing retail team.
