Job Responsibilities:
Should be dealing / interacting with top notch officials of Banks / Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFC’s) / Financial Institutions (FI’s) forpitching the products / services.
Will be working with Banks / NBFC’s / FI’s for various loan categories such as Agricultural Loan, MSME, Mudra, Home Loan, Personal Loan & Retail Loans.
Explain the benefits of the product / services right from receiving the loan applications, mainly for LAP (Loan Against Property) till the sanction / disbursement of loans.
Contacting / approaching potential clients in the Banking / Financial Industry to establish rapport and arrange meetings/demos.
Follow-up with the clients post meeting / demo, either online, personal visit and through calls.
Drive the clients to conduct POC (Proof Of Concept) before sharing the pricing.
Create proposals with pricing as per the need / requirement of the clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices and close the sales.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to expand the client base.
Creating pitch decks and marketing/sales collaterals.
Periodically engage with the clients post sales for getting feedback and suggesting additional services as per their need.
Job Skills & Qualifications
MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred
2-5 years of Business Development/ Sales experience preferably in the Banking / BFSI sector
Must be willing to travel extensively
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Well versed with key processes involved with the Loan Disbursement / Sanctioning System including working of Loan Origination System (LOS), checks required for authenticating the applicant’s credentials, In-Principal Approval, Title Search Report (TSR), Valuation, & Post Disbursement Documentation / Compliances
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions through products or services
Great networking skills
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
