Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. They will be required to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
Qualifications
• Expertise in new business development, lead generation, and account management
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the training and consulting industry is a plus
• Understanding of the MSME and corporate segments is a plus
