Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm, Monday - Saturday
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Role Overview:
As a 'Business Development Executive', you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective students, and promoting IIDE's digital marketing courses. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new business opportunities and connect with potential students through calls and emails.
2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the course options and addressing their queries.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales goals for course enrollments.
4. CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor conversions, and generate reports for performance analysis.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or counseling (preferably in EdTech or education).
2. Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
3. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
