About Role
The BDE is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business growth. This position requires the individual to identify and develop relationships with new clients. The individual should be able to come up with new innovative ways to reach out to the target market.
Key responsibilities:
1. Approaching new businesses with proposals
2. Building a sales pipeline through research, emailing, and building conversations with prospects
3. Working on B2B lead generation from LinkedIn
4. Building contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
5. Following up intensely with the prospects
6. Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
2. Proficiency in English
3. Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
4. Self-motivation and self-discipline
5. Strong knowledge of sales techniques
6. Having an understanding of the territories and experience in profiling companies across industry verticals
7. Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel skills for reporting and lead management
