. Primary role of the NR BDE's will be to focus on acquiring value NRI customers
. Responsible for souring NR NTB acquisition of customers.
. Customer acquisition through Channels/ referrals.
. Responsible for meeting customers / prospects.
. Cross sell of third party products like MF, Insurance, etc.
. Customer Profiling, Customer education about product and services
. Speed and efficiency in services rendered
. Sales targets for bank and investment products.
. Customer Retention
