Job Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & qualifying the particular companies based on their products & services, profits, employee strength etc. and generating prospectus leads from the assigned territory.
2. The incumbent will also be involved consistently in generating quality Leads into American Market (USA) by Cold Calling, gathering sales intelligence and proper follow ups to fix the appointment with the Sales team.
3. Supporting to marketing programs as needs such as creation & maintenance of mailing lists, invitations etc.
4. Ability to identify the key decision makers and develop long – term relationship.
5. Pulls data from online sources like LinkedIn, Hoovers, Jigsaw & prosper websites as needed.
6. Should have good experience in solutions sales & pre–sales marketing activities for European market.
7. Ability to Work in team environment & Contribute Individual efforts also.
Desired Skill Set:
1. Fluent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
2. Should be Flexible to work in USA Timings. (PICK AND DROP FACILITIES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED)
3. Proven track record in Cold calling, sales prospecting & appointment setting will be an added advantage.
4. 1+ year lead research sales experience in engineering services or solutions sales.
5. Should have a strong sales intelligence, Multi-tasking skills, Negotiation, Analytical skills and presentation skills.
6. Should possess Sales aptitude, spontaneous thought process and go-getter attitude.
7. Proven success in accessing new clients & new markets
8. Should have good exposure to calling into the markets for Pre Sales / Inside Sales preferably USA market
