Event Dynamics is HIRING for below position
Position- Business Development Executive
Job Location- Camp, Pune
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Qualification: Graduate with excellent communication skills (Preferable if experienced from similar industry)
Business Development Executive Job Responsibilities
• Candidate should independently build and manage a strong and effective business opportunities from existing and new clients
• Candidate should arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Candidate must comprehend the client’s goals, objectives, and project briefs as well as produce sales pitches via valuable pitch proposals
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
· To participate actively in new clients pitching and their requirement for Event services.
· Actively participate in the development of Brand / Communication strategies based on the client's marketing objectives.
· Take and work on briefs, handle client meetings, and present the agency & recommendations on such assignments.
· Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistics of marketing events and promotions.
· Manage job budgets and maintain consistent, professional communication with clients.
· Leadership skills; Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.
Skills, Abilities and Background
· Must possess effective communication skills and leadership quality.
· Must have a go-getter attitude.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel / Event management firm.
· Experience of working with all kinds of events desired.
· Have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Energetic, competitive spirit, passionate, proactive.
· Microsoft Office proficiency
