Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with medical and other retail stores to promote our Beauty Brand products.
• Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate, and close deals with clients.
• Plan and participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to the management team.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to the management team.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management in the Retail Industry, preferably in the Beauty or Cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
