We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai and proactively take responsibility for individual and team targets, increasing membership and awards sales by self- sourcing leads, working on marketing campaigns and closing suitable membership & award sales prospects.
The role holder will be achieving targets set around ad-hoc sales projects and campaigns as directed by the Head of Sales & Business Support Manager. Also,
ensure all personal targets and KPI’s are achieved on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
The successful Business Development Executive will need: -
· Minimum 2 years of telephone sales or inside sales experience
· Demonstrated business development experience, preferably in selling services (not products)
· Evidence of meeting and exceeding challenging targets
· Experience of working within a team environment and where deadlines are critical.
· Salesforce or equivalent CRM
· Experience of selling a range of products and services
· Experience of selling in a professional services environment
Work location – Mumbai (India)
Salary – Depends on skills and experience
Contract type – Full-time, Permanent contract
