Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team for promoting and selling our Smart Nurse Call System.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. This role requires extensive travel across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our Smart Nurse Call System to hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication in Hindi, English, Tamil with negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a drive for achieving results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
