About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle telephonic as well as walk-in inquiries
2. Conduct telephonic follow-ups
3. Convert leads to walk-ins and enrollment through counseling
4. Telecall to generate walk-ins
5 Handle all customers and candidates
6. Assist administrative issues at the center as and when required
7. Maintain all registers
8. Work on batch formation and coordination
