BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE:
The Primary Responsibility of the Sales Associate to work with the EM Sales Team across Pan India . Pour your mind to develop and strengthen Relationships in order to increase the Customer Satisfaction with EM products. This will build strong, long-term relationships with our Customers and ensure that our Product Quality across pan India is consistent with EM standards.
The ideal candidate shall possess BPO experience, be a motivated team player and have excellent communication and computer skills.
1. Sharing product knowledge in the best possible way.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls of customers and clients.
3. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
4. Upsell other products wherever possible.
5. Maintain good customer relations.
6. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets
7. Give follow-up calls and ask for product performance and Quality to develop a long-term relationship.
8. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfil customer needs, educate the customer wherever required to prevent the need for future contacts, and document interactions through contact tracking.

10.Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
