The ideal candidate is experienced in IT services/outsourcing sales, understands the software development lifecycle, and can bring new outsourcing contracts and clients to the table.
Your Role:
• Identify, engage, and close new B2B clients for software development and outsourcing services.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through various channels – LinkedIn, cold emailing, industry events, partnerships, etc.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare and deliver tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with our technical team to define solutions and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
You Bring:
• Proven experience in business development/sales for IT services or software outsourcing (min. 2 years).
• A strong network and the ability to tap into decision-makers (especially in North America, Europe, or Australia is a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies is a plus.
