FRR Forex Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our Student Business vertical.

In this role, you will guide students pursuing higher education abroad by assisting them with overseas fee and living expense remittances through FRR Forex. You will also play a key role in expanding and managing our network of educational consultant partners.

The role involves managing the end-to-end remittance lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sales support, while ensuring a smooth and trusted experience for students and parents.

Key Responsibilities
• Guide students through the complete remittance process, ensuring the collection of all mandatory documents.
• Conduct webinars with partner educational consultants to educate students and parents on remittance procedures, forex rates, and compliance requirements.
• Follow up with students for semester fee and living expense remittances (typically paid in two instalments per year).
• Maximize transaction margins to drive revenue growth.
• Cross-sell value-added services such as education loans, visa facilitation, and insurance.
• Expand the education consultant network and onboard new partners to channel student remittances through FRR Forex.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Achieve annual targets for:
• Revenue (margin)
• Transaction value
• Number of students
• Ensure effective handholding of students and parents throughout the remittance journey.
• Increase the base of education consultants:
• Onboard targeted numbers of UG and PG consultants
• Organise and conduct the targeted number of webinars with each onboarded consultant.

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with overseas education consultants (Byju’s experience not considered).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and education consultants.
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
